Alliance
The Hebraic Gentile and Jewish Alliance of South Africa (HGJA-SA) is a fellowship of Jews and Gentiles, who seek the common goal of viewing all Scripture through the eyes of Y'shua the Jew. Scripture clearly has it, to take hold of the hem of the Jew and he will teach you (Zech 8:23, Isaiah 2:2-3).
As Believers in Messiah, we want to know the absolute truth about God from His Word. To a large degree there is much from His Word about which we can be completely confident. These are the things for which we should be willing to suffer rather than deny. However, because of our human frailties, none of us will ever know and perfectly understand all the truths in Scripture. We will never be completely able to perfectly elucidate and interpret all of Scripture. Moreover, apart from our human imperfections, there are many passages in the Bible which are extremely difficult to accurately interpret.
God has called all of us to do two things. First, we are to never give up studying and seeking the correct interpretation of any given Bible passage. Secondly, such opportunities are golden moments for us to learn to show grace and love to others whose understanding of a given passage may differ from ours. Because of this, God in His wisdom has given me wisdom to establish an alliance between Jews and Gentiles in South Africa. The goals for this alliance are as follows:
· To provide a platform whereby Jew and Gentile draw closer to each other.
· This platform will create openness, trust and respect between Jew and Gentile, which the general Christian
Church has destroyed over the centuries – Crusades, various Inquisitions, Holocaust, etc.
· To provide insight to the general Christian Church to eliminate the satanic plot of Anti-Semitism in its totality,
this will develop in reciprocal love for each other.
· To provide a platform to discuss, reason and seek Scriptural truths through the vast differences.
· To educate the general church that the only way to understand Scripture accurately, is to view it through the
eyes of the Jew, Moshiach, the way, truth and life.
· To give any church/church member the opportunity to join this alliance.
To give the various small isolated ‘groups’ throughout Africa and the neighbouring Islands the opportunity to belong to a family with the same goals.
